Combination of Brevibacterium linens and 3 yeasts. Freeze-dried ripening culture. Permits to develop the rind and limit the development of moulds in cooked and uncooked pressed cheeses, with washed rind. Used for cheeses type Raclettes, Saint Paulin, natural rind. Frozen storage for 2 years. One dose for 250 to 500 litres of milk. Price for one tube. Bag of 10 tubes. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
