Combination of Penicillium candidum, Geotrichum candidum and yeast Debaryomyces hansenii. Freeze-dried ripening culture well suitable for Camembert and other soft cheeses with flowered rind. Used to get a white, fine and soft crust in taste. Frozen storage for 2 years. One dose for 250 to 500 litres of milk. Price per dose. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
