Description

Debaryomyces hansenii, freeze-dried ripening culture, yeast development on surface. Very neutralizing. Used with Geotrichum or Brevibacterium linens. Produces aroma, and efficient against mucor, dries efficently the surfaces. Can be used in pressed cheese and lactic curd. Refrigerator storage for 6 to 12 weeks. One dose for 500 litres of milk. Price per dose. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
