Description

Debaryomyces hansenii, liquid ripening culture, yeast development on surface. Very neutralizing. Used with Geotrichum or Brevibacterium linens. Produces aroma, and efficient against mucor. This yeast can be useful in blue cheese, lactic curd and pressed cheese. Refrigerator storage for 6 to 12 weeks. One dose for 500 litres of milk. Price per dose. Quantitative discount by 60 or 120 tubes.
