Description

For pressing pressed cheeses. Three pneumatic jacks with aluminium body and stainless steel rod. Press frame in stainless steel. Capacity of one jack: 20 Tomme cheeses or 5 Raclette cheeses. Pressure controlled and adjusted by an independent pressure gauge on each jack. Pressure between 0.3 and 5.0 bar depending on the type of mould and cheese-making technology. With troughs for draining the whey. Working height under the jacks 1100 mm. Overall height 2250 mm. Depth 650 mm. Width 2000 mm. Stainless steel pressing plate not included (part no. 042BBA). Equipment supplied dismantled (Base/Upright/Jack). Works with 5-bar compressor, not included.
