Mixture of freeze-dried mesophilic lactic cultures and ripening cultures, for lactic cheeses. Composed of mesophilic cultures, yeast and Geotrichum candidum (white and short). Used for ripened lactic cheeses type Saint Marcellin, Picodon, Charolais, Rigotte… One tube for 100 to 200 litres of milk. Culture for direct set inoculation. Bag of 10 tubes DL1. Price for one tube.
