300-litre automatic pasteurization tank. Heating up to 100°C by 20 kW resistors. Tank comprising: the circuit's water circulating pump, pressure gauge and pressure relief valve. Cooling by water circulation through a plate heat exchanger. Heating and cooling controller, with 9 automatic programs and 1 manual mode. Fixed-speed (23 rpm) central stirring, optional speed regulator. Manual tilting at the end of draining. SMS 51 male outlet. Power supply 400 Volts - 50 Hz.
