Allows the steaming and cooling of milk for the manufacture of yoghurts. 3 possible uses: 1) In steaming with heating and ventilation ramp reference 053LAA (sold separately). 2) Cooling with heating ramp and cooling unit reference 038AFD (sold separately), the cell can contain up to 6 stacks of 14 cases, i.e. 3360 125 ml pots, the equivalent of 420 litres of milk. 3) Cooling with a cooling unit (reference 038AFD) sold separately. The cell can contain up to 8 stacks of 14 cases, i.e. 4480 pots of 125 ml, the equivalent of 560 litres of milk. The cell is supplied in kit form. Internal dimensions: 1240 mm x 2040 mm x height: 1910 mm, i.e. 4.8 m³.
